Today we are extending the Chat 2.0 beta to all of our existing subscribers. Chat 2.0 is our biggest leap forward so far in analysis capabilities. Chat 2.0 is a unified analysis experience that supports quantitative questions, quote finding, thematic analysis, concept testing and our fully integrated deep research agent.

Introducing Artefacts: Themes, Counts, Concepts and Quotes

"Fabulous improvement! The accuracy of the outputs and the ability to generate visual representations of the findings is game-changing for Co-loop use, it has saved me hours in analysis and reporting.”

Director @ Savanta

Chat 2.0 analyses all participants using the right methodology for your question (quant, thematic, concept, journey), delivering richer, more complete insights. Including counts, cross-segment comparisons, journeys and validated quotes - always evidenced with citations in a customised report.

Multi-quote Finding

Prompt: Retrieve one quote per participant about working conditions

Thematic Analysis

Prompt: What sorts of vehicles do the participants drive?

Quantitative Analysis

Prompt: How many participants are happy with their current job?

Concept Analysis

Prompt: How do participants feel about Uber Eats as a company?

Accuracy Improvements & Coverage Improvements

"I'm so delighted it is hard to imagine another improvement at this time."

VP of Qualitative Research @ Illuminas

Based on 5 key dimensions identified in previous research we’ve seen an average 61% of users report significant improvement across our key dimensions for a range of queries. Within this 83% of users reported improved data coverage and 80% reported improvement in depth, detail and analytical rigour.

Contextual Suggestions & Feedback

Chat 2.0 is also able to dynamically determine whether to filter your data by concept or segment tags just based on your prompt. On top of this it will provide intelligent contextual suggestions in the chat for where to take your analysis next. After every prompt we’ve also fully integrated feedback features to enable our product teams to continue building the best possible analysis experience.

Better Citations & Increased Researcher Confidence

"It’s like having a supercharged team member on your side!”

Founder @ The Research Heads

Improvements to the way we generate citations and display evidence have generated a considerable upswing in perceived confidence of CoLoop. Users self-reported confidence in outputs from CoLoop increased by up to 14% on average compared to asking the same question in Chat 1.0. In this latest iteration citations are not only considerably faster but also more accurate.

Increased Diversity in Usage

In beta usage so far we’ve seen a significant change in the range of use cases based on prompt intents. From analysing usage from a sample of 70 original beta testers Chat 2.0 shows considerably higher diversity of usage along with a 50% reduction in prompts falling into the other category and simple quote retrieval. This signals clearer user intents and a greater alignment with decision making and analytical use cases rather than just quote finding for decks.
